The Mill on Main originated as the Passaic Worsted Mills building, a historically significant wool mill. AHC transformed the iconic Clifton, NJ landmark into a three-story, 92-unit workforce residence complete with a community room, management office, and laundry facilities. Historically significant architectural features such as tall windows, skylights, structural timbers, and hardwood floors were renovated and/or restored preserving a story left untold. These features married with modern apartment design gave each unit an airy and industrial feel.
