Landmark Place

Landmark Place is a multi-building residential development for seniors age 55 and over, consisting of historic preservation and new construction. The historic Kingston Almshouse was fully renovated to accommodate 34 new apartments, and a newly-constructed building provides an additional 32, for a total of 66 new units. All units are furnished with energy-efficient appliances. Amenities include on-site laundry and 2500 square feet of community program space. A cottage on site has been fully renovated as a super’s residence, with auxiliary buildings serving as workshop and storage space. Landmark Place is also home to property management offices.
