Working with the County of Orange and City of Newburgh, we rehabilitated 12 affordable homes for resale to first time home buyers utilizing funds from the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal. Key features of the project included: vinyl siding/painted brick, driveways/sidewalks/walkways, sewer/water mains, front/rear porches, water heaters, double-hung vinyl windows, roofing systems (including structural repair and replacement), cabinets and appliances, VCT in laundry rooms and kitchens, tiled bathrooms.
