White Terrace is a 41-unit affordable housing development in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. In partnership with Regan Development, AHC is restoring this historic local landmark, which was previously blighted by fire damage and years of vacancy, to its beautiful Classical Revival style. Originally built in 1906 and designed by local architect George E. Haynes, the apartments at White Terrace will be transformed to provide 27 1-bedroom and 14 2-bedroom units to the city of Pittsfield.
