East End II

East End II is a multi-building, scattered site development comprised of both historic preservation and new construction projects. The project includes twenty-four addresses within a 4-block radius in the City of Newburgh, NY. These are comprised of brand-new buildings built from the ground up, and historic buildings which have been preserved and renovated into multi-family affordable dwellings. The historic church on Liberty Street has been fully restored and converted into a community center, which houses a gallery, community space, commercial kitchen, daycare center, and training classrooms. Also located within the project is a superintendent’s residence.
