41-51 Maple

AHC is currently overseeing the construction of 41-51 Maple Street, 33 rental apartments across 2 buildings in the village of Croton-on-Hudson. In total, 41-51 Maple will have 11 affordable one, two, and three-bedroom apartments each. Amenities will include an elevator, playground and other recreation areas, pocket park, high-speed broadband, efficient electric heating & cooling, a live-in superintendent, and close access to shopping and bus transportation. This project is made possible in partnership with the Croton Housing Network and with the assistance of the Housing Action Council.
