Keith H. Libolt II started out in construction as a laborer in his teenage years and has been part of the family company his whole life. Eventually moving into project management, he quickly grew the scale of construction AHC was capable of building. As AHC grew, the need for need for a partnership was apparent. Once announced as Vice President and now Partner, he collaborates on incoming project designs, budgets, and development prospects with Keith P. Libolt.
As Partner, Keith H. Libolt oversees all phases of construction. From creating and monitoring schedules to managing budgets and tracking construction costs, Keith keeps AHC projects on track. His strong work ethic and commitment to excellence serves as inspiration to those he manages and ensures that everything we build has the hallmarks of AHC quality and value.
Some notable projects Keith has overseen include:
- The Mill on Main – Historic preservation and renovation of a historic factory building in Clifton, NJ rehabilitated into 92 brand-new workforce housing apartments.
- Century Sunrise – Historic preservation and renovations of the two Endicott Johnson Shoe factories into 105 workforce housing apartments with 10,000 sq. ft. of commercial-ready space.
- The Lace Mill – Historic preservation of the building was comprehensively preserved and rehabilitated into 55 units of affordable housing for artists. NYSAFAH award of excellence 2015.
