President & CEO

As President of AHC, Keith P. Libolt has helped create a company committed to excellence in the development and construction of sustainable communities. With over 30 years’ experience, Keith offers clients expertise in all phases of residential and light commercial construction from project conception and funding to scheduling, budgeting, and building.

Keith’s leadership has propelled AHC into one of the Northeast’s most trusted housing and commercial real estate providers. His in-depth understanding of populations and thorough knowledge of logistical matters enable him to successfully lead AHC’s projects. He aptly provides for the needs of the community within varied fiscal environments. Whether AHC serves as a developer, construction manager or property/program manager on a project, Keith skillfully produces sound fiscal and program reporting. Through his involvement with grant proposals for both the private and public sectors, Keith has developed solid working relationships with various government agencies on the county, state and federal levels, including: HUD, FHLB, NYS HFA, NYS Dormitory Authority, NYS HCR, HOME, and CDBG Funds. These relationships, together with the strong business partnerships he has forged, play a key role in each AHC project.

Service in the deaconate has instilled Keith with the spirit to create a company culture that embraces values, sustainability, and innovation. His commitment to the community extends beyond the confines of AHC. Keith has served on the Town of Gardiner Ethics Board for 5 years, and currently serves as the Vice Chairman on the Town of Gardiner Planning Board. Keith is also the CFO of Bridges of Greater New York, a director of the Affordable Housing Conservancy, and an advisor to several local community-based housing groups. Keith holds an Associates of Science from the University at Albany and a Licentiate of Sacred Theology from St. Michael’s Seminary.
