Andrea Babcock

Andrea is the head of Onyx Property Management, LLC and has over 12 years of property management experience. Over these years she has assisted with the management of over 1400 units and become proficient in New York State HCR and HFA annual audits. She has worked for WB Residential Communities and the Michaels Organization, first as Community Manager and later as Assistant to the Regional Manager, working closely with the Libolts before joining the team at AHC in 2019. She received her C3P certification from Spectrum in 2010, and passed the NYS Real Estate Salesperson Exam in 2020. She is also a New York State notary public. Andrea brings the quality, care, and know-how from her professional experience to every property she manages.
