Vincent’s Village is a 5-building active adult community in Nanuet. Of the 93 affordable units, 35 are set aside for aging adults in need of additional support. Aside from the three residential buildings, the site contains two buildings which house a fitness room, computer room, and support services including social activities, health monitoring and case management. To keep energy costs low, the buildings have energy efficient HVAC equipment, Energy Star-rated appliances, and low flow plumbing fixtures. Vincent’s Village is conveniently located near public transportation, shopping and other services.
