East End II

East End II is a multi-building, scattered site development comprised of both historic preservation and new construction projects. Twenty-four addresses within a 4-block radius in the city of Newburgh, NY will be restored or built either as affordable multi-family dwellings or community resources such as a job training facility, superintendent residence, community space, and artist gallery.
